I need to make a correction. I was way off on the workout time on May 7. It was not 1:02. It was 1:00 2/5. Big difference. That was a bullet work. Fastest of 14 at that distance that day. Tammy was on the track and timed it herself and was surprised when I told her it was 1:02. She had a time very similar to the 1:00 2/5.
