MARYJEAN’s race did not fill again but this time it was not brought back as an extra because of the lack of entries. I’ll get with Clay and we’ll figure out something, most likely dropping her down a notch or two to get her a race.

To illustrate the difficulties all over filling races, Delaware Park cancelled Wednesday’s card due to lack of entries.
I think that Delaware Park should send some of the 10,000 fillies and mares over here to Canterbury to help Maryjean out! Maybe a 7500 or 6250 claimer will come up as an extra for Sat. or Sun.
Are we still aiming Terice for Aug 2nd?
I think Clay was mistaken. I think the boy’s starter is the 2nd and the fillies and mares is the 9th.
Why does MaryJean not fit in this race for THU, July 31st?

It would be a race against males, not a filly and mare race.

Can’t say exactly depending upon when races fill or not. Example of that is MARYJEAN this week. We’re hopeful for next weekend. I’ll talk with Clay today and I’ll post.
Your original comment on on MaryJean to send over $6800 fillies from Deleware was actually ok but travel expense on average was not what horse racing is about. Its about the wins!!! With winning in the money is the issue. Yes I get what you’re saying but we have two horses now. Lets let them run and see what is possible financially. Jeff Meday has done a wonderful job.
