For all you members waiting on the amount coming back to you from 2015, we are almost there. I FINALLY spoke to a live person at the vet’s office and, after some lively conversation, was promised that a bill was being sent our way immediately. With a little luck we could have the bill to us by Saturday and, after some account reconciliation, have the total early next week (if not before).

While we won’t break even this year, it is again going to be close!
