This Friday’s race with Kipper Key is a 1 mile: a stretch-out closer to the distance Ted proposed for this horse & not a turf race. 10K Optional Claimer with only Sheer Trick declared for a price. (Another former Clay charge, that time to Nancy Sheehan). Clay had still another good horse claimed away this past weekend! The claiming activity has picked up. Meanwhile, I understand there are many horses on the backside who have yet to run.
